When was the last time you did something that scared you?! I’m taking toes over the edge, lean out with all your weight, grab the bar with both hands and jump!
Oh you’re scared of heights? Jump. You’re not sure if you’re psychically strong enough? Jump. You want to cry the whole time? Jump. Never ever done a backflip before? Definitely Jump!
Talking to the team at @trapezius_fly i found out that most people try trapeze for different personal reasons. And I witnessed for myself, this little 4 year old girl who was sobbing/ screaming as she flew through the air, and her parents (and the whole crowd) cheered her on!! Safe to say there were no tears left by the time she landed! She was giddy with glee - we ALL were after we jumped!
A good friend once told me when I needed to hear it, “Leap... And a net shall appear!” and I’m hoping you remember this video clip the next time YOU need it.
