@saltrivertubing Floating down the Salt River rapids on a tube while soaking in the environment is a favorite pastime for Arizona locals & tourists alike. You can bring your own floatie (or double floatie if you’re in love ) or rent ($17 includes tube + shuttle). It takes anywhere from 2-6 hours to go down the river depending on your stop / tide (ours was a QUICK 4 hours from start to finish). It’s common for groups to tie on to each other & become a floating island. You will be hit w/ flying Marshmallows (you read that right) so bring a bag if you wanna partake in the unspoken battle. Bring plenty of water & sun protection (we used up a whole bottle) & keep your eyes out for the legendary Wild Horses!

️ Last tip: it helps to bring amazing friends who happen to be AZ locals & Salt River veterans who can show a rookie an unforgettable time!
