Happy Arizonaversary

3 years ago this week, we began our cross-country road trip from Jersey City, NJ to our new home in Scottsdale, AZ.Our hearts were filled w/ much hope – in the same way as when an artist stares at a blank canvas, fully aware that she’s on the verge of a masterpiece.

Life didn’t turn out exactly as we pictured when we captured this moment in our roadtrip. In three years, we got pregnant, got married, bought a home, got two dogs, had our first child, separated, and divorced.

“Wow. That went by fast.”

But in the same 3 years, we have pursued our passions to launch our professional careers, gained independence, learned that we were better as supportive friends, and truly discovered that #LOVE, for our most precious little boy, will always be greater than any hate, anger, or pain.

We’re heading different directions now – but I know our journey will have it’s shared moments. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and Happy Arizonaversary, @mccallistersculpture – it’s been a hell & a heaven of a ride ❤️.
